The 10th Anniversary of the Supreme Council of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite for Cyprus
On Saturday 6th February 2016 celebrations for the 10th Anniversary of the Supreme Council of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite for Cyprus was held at Jerusalem Street, Limassol. The White Table Festive Board was held at the St Raphael Hotel, Limassol. The Sovereign Grand Commander, Most Puissant Brother Theodosios S. Theodossiou 33R, said in the introductory 10th Anniversary Booklet ..… "The introduction of the Scottish Rite in Cyprus was the result of a vivid development of Freemasonry in general with great enthusiasm by all Masons.
The creation of the Supreme Council of the 33 degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in the Island gave the chance to all members of our Chapters to exercise the Rose Croix Ritual with stability to its principles and values. Ten years after the Consecration of our Supreme Council, I am pleased to notice that our initial expectations for its future became true. Today, the nine Rose Croix Chapters are working successfully and they are flourishing in quality and number. It is my wish to see this ascending course to be continued in the future."
